One-Red is managed by a team operating under guidance of its Board of Directors and an administrative committee composed of representatives of licensors. One-Red’s top executives include:

Mr. Robert van Eijk
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. van Eijk brings over 20 years of leadership and expertise working in various roles at Philips, both in the US and in Europe. His background includes senior roles in business management, account management, corporate strategy and IP licensing. Mr. van Eijk started in Philips’ optical licensing business as Vice President and Program Manager at the end of 2008.

At the end of 2011, Mr. van Eijk joined One-Red with global responsibility for the DVD and BD player licensing programs. In addition he managed One-Red’s operations in Europe during the start-up phase of the company and brought functional leadership to the hardware team in China. He was appointed to the COO position as of August 1, 2015. In this role Mr. van Eijk oversees all of One-Red’s licensing operations worldwide.

Mr. van Eijk has a graduate degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus School of Management in Rotterdam and studied Finance at the Wharton School of Business. He is based in California.

Mr. Laurent Pellet
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Laurent Pellet is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of One-Red, LLC, Mr. Pellet was appointed in August of 2011.

Prior to joining One-Red, Mr. Pellet held various senior management positions and finance roles, including Vice President, CFO, and Deputy CEO, at companies such as Sony Consumer Electronics (Europe), Delta Holding, and Arthur Andersen. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Pellet has gained international experience and knowledge in finance, control, management, process & project management, as well as operational manufacturing and supply chain competencies. In his past roles, Mr. Pellet acquired solid experience in establishing governance structure scheme and financial processes, as well as underlying IT applications. Mr. Pellet joined Sony Europe in 1995, where he gained very solid experience in marketing & operations during his Sales & Marketing pan European role, and a very successful green-field experience while setting up new SONY VAIO computer division. Mr. Pellet’s business unit at the time was highly recognized for its aggressive business model and successful growth. Mr. Pellet was later appointed Vice President of Sony Europe in 2005. Prior to his career in finance, Mr. Pellet managed his own entertainment business in France.

Born in France, Mr. Pellet graduated with a degree in Business Administration & Finance from Lyon Management Business School EM.

Mr. S.K. Cho
Vice President, Worldwide Program Manager for PC SW and Recordable Discs

Prior to his role at One-Red, Mr. Cho worked as intellectual property director at Philips. He has more than 15 year experience in intellectual property which has been brought to One-Red. While working as IP counsel in Philips IP&S, he oversaw many patent infringement litigations, negotiation and settlements. He contributed to Philips by managing and protecting their trademark and design.

Mr. Cho holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in commercial law both from Korea University in Seoul.
